General Delivery information:

Next day delivery requires the order submission by midnight the day prior

Delivering within Gunnedah Town limits Mondays to Thursdays between 9am and 11 am.

Boggabri Delivering Mondays and Thursdays between 10am and 11.30am, If your unavailable within these times we can convienlty leave it at your door packed in a insulated box ( at a small fee) or leave it at the Commercial Hotel for Pickup at your convience.

Mullaley, Tambar Springs, Spring Ridge, Werris Creek, Quirindi and Curlewis Delivering the 2nd and 4th Thursday of the month. after 12pm If your unavailable within these times we can convienlty leave it at your door packed in a insulated box ( at a small fee). Tamber Spring locals can choose to have theirs left at the Royal Hotel Tambar.

It is best if someone is home for the delivery, if no one will be home then please ensure you leave specific instructions in the order notes as to where the delivery should be left. When a delivery is left unattended all risk for the goods passes to you the customer.

Fresh produce weight variance: We endeavour to get the weight of fresh produce as close as possible to the order quantity. However, there can be slight variation where the weight may be slightly over or under the ordered amount.

Special requests: If you have any specific requirements or instructions please include these in the order comments/notes during checkout.

Delivery charges:

We have a flat $10.00 Delivery fee, Orders greater than $250 recieved free delivery.

Optional Insualted delivery box with ice pack $8 per box

Returns and refunds After delivery please check your order carefully. If there are any issues with the items delivered please bring this to our attention within 24 hour of the delivery so that we can assist you with an appropriate solution.
